How the calculation works

Revenue = fulfilled orders × sale price. InvitePro cost = monthly plan fee + fulfilled orders × per-order fee. Estimated contribution = revenue − InvitePro cost − your percentage costs − your other per-order costs − your other monthly costs.

Enter your real business expenses

The percentage field is your combined estimate for marketplace, processing, ads or other revenue-based costs. It is not an official Etsy fee schedule. Use the remaining fields for listing charges, refunds, design labor or other expenses without counting a cost twice.

Use the result to test scenarios

Change the order volume and compare plan totals. A lower per-order fee may not offset a higher subscription at low volume. Negative contribution means the entered revenue does not cover the entered costs. The estimate excludes anything you have not entered, including taxes.
